Ingunn Huld released last month a new song ‘Splendid’ and shared a video for the song! The clip was filmed by Birkir Ásgeirsson. Ingunn Huld is a singer/songwriter from Reykjavík who studies at the Iceland Academy of the Arts. Her debut album, entitled Fjúk, was released in late 2015 and contains 11 songs in Icelandic. She studied jazz singing but her music spines mostly around indie-folk-pop or dramatic ballads about life. Currently Ingunn Huld works on the new material in English and ‘Splendind’ is the first taste of it. Let’s have a listen to a bit wistful song with a spirit full of hope and Ingunn´s peaceful voice.
